Zimbabwe Water Polo Coaching & Development, Coach to the CBC Sharks
Water polo has been one of the defining parts of my life. From early days in the pool to coaching at Christian Brothers College and contributing to the wider Zimbabwe water polo community, my focus has always remained the same: develop players, build strong teams, and help grow the game.

Player Development & Team Culture
Why I Coach
Water polo teaches lessons that stay with players long after the final whistle. Discipline, resilience, teamwork, and leadership are built through daily effort and shared challenges.
Coaching gives me the opportunity to guide young athletes through that process. Watching players grow from juniors into confident competitors and leaders is what drives me every season.
At CBC, coaching has never been only about results. It is about building an environment where players learn to push themselves, trust their teammates, and represent their school with pride.
The CBC Sharks Programme
The Sharks represent the highest level of water polo at Christian Brothers College.
The programme is built on consistency, structured training, and a strong sense of brotherhood.
Each season focuses on:
-
Tactical understanding of modern water polo
-
Physical and mental preparation
-
Leadership development
-
Team identity and culture
Success comes from small improvements repeated daily.
The goal is always to produce players who understand the game deeply and compete with confidence.
